How Do You Do

I was once a coward fool
Who thought that he screamed but he was whispering
Could you hear me behind that wall?
Could you feel my heart standing tall?
I was leaving you there, naively thinking
That you would wait for me
Now it’s been awhile, but I know, that the blush has struck me again
Hello how do you do, how do you do
Are you looking for me?
Hello how do you do, how do you do
Are you waiting for me?
Here I am with nothing left
Just a pale glance and a lousy stare
And awkward words to greet your face
The very face that had dazed my senses
The sky looks so blue, the trees are green
The sun is clear with no hint of rain
Now can’t you see, I’m tripping off words to say
But how do you do, how do you do
Would you care to know me?
Hello how do you do, how do you do
Can we start this over?
Hello how do you do, how do you do
Are you looking for me?
Hello how do you do, how do you do
Are you waiting for me?
Hello how do you do, how do you do
Would you care to know me?
Hello how do you do, how do you do
Can we start this over?
Hello how do you do
Would you shake this cold hand?

Beyond The Shutter Click: Fotografi Tidak Hanya Sekadar Jepret

"Fotografi Itu Tidak Hanya Sekadar Jepret"
~AdiAgastya~
Entah kenapa dia hanya menggerak-gerakan mulutnya tanpa sepatah katapun terujar.
Teman-temannya menggerak-gerakkan tubuhnya,
seakan hanya gerakan tubuh yang mampu membuatnya mengerti.
"Bahasa isyarat" pikirku.
Tuhan sepertinya memberikan jalan hidup lain baginya.
Tuhan membatasi salah satu inderanya.

Senyum Hangat Sang Tuna Grahita/Big Broad Smiles of The Mental Disablers

~SENYUM HANGAT SANG TUNA GRAHITA~

Ribuan remaja merengek kepada orang tua mereka
"Ibu belikan aku Apple" "Ayah, belikan aku Jazz"
"Sekarang hari apa Komang? Komang pakai baju apa sekarang?"
"Sekarang Rabu, besok hari apa?"
Tenggorokan Pak Guru tak pernah terasa kering, meski air tak membanjiri
Dayu hanya ingin tahu apa itu satu,
apa itu dua,
apa itu tiga
Senyum lepasnya adalah Pelangi bagi sang Guru
"Dua warnanya biru. Warna langit. Mana dua?"
"Warna daun. Cari yang warna daun. Itulah empat"
Ketika tangan hangat mereka menyentuh tangan kami
Ketika keterbatasan tak mampu meluluhkan senyum dari wajah polos mereka
Senyum yang seolah berkata,
"Terima kasih, kak"
"Kami hanyalah satu dari sekian banyak bata di dinding yang membangun dunia"
"Sama seperti semua orang"

RAHAJENG SARASWATI
~BIG BROAD SMILES OF THE MENTAL DISABLERS~

A flock of teens, nay, Herds of teens cry a loud to their folks saying,
"Mom, I  want an Apple" "Dad, I need to ride a Jazz"
Komang is not on the list
Komang merely wanted to know what he was wearing on the Sunny Wednesday
"What is Wednesday" his mind might get stumbled on that thought
"What is Scout uniform? What is Punk?"
Big broad smiles of his and his friends were full of naivity and purity
Forcing the teacher to give a heartful of patience and affection
"What day is it today, Komang? What are you wearing today, Komang?"
"Today's Wednesday, what day will it be tomorrow?"
Those were the words he uttered restlessly
Just for Komang, so that he could nullify every mistake on his answers
His throat was never get drained, though nothing drops inside
Dayu wanted to know what one is
and two,
and three
Her broad smile was a rainbow for the teachers
"The color of two is blue. The color of sky. Which one is that?"
"The color of leaves. Find out which one, that's four."
Attention and warm touches were never made absent by the teachers
Teenage students full of hope of knowing numbers, letters, colors, and clothes
Students with big warm and naive smiles that color the picture of the Earth
Kids that moved Doder's, Lina's and my soul
As they touched our hands with warmth and gentleness
When limit couldn't tear their smiles apart from faces full of purity
Smiles through which the kids wanted to say,
"Thank you"
"We are ones of those bricks on the wall building up the world"
"Just like other people"

I Am Freedom! My Name is Freedom! (Writing Ass.7: Defining Term)

Freedom

Freedom is the absence of restriction upon your rights to do your will, to think, to belief in something and to hope for something to happen. The time you are able to play football with your friends when the field is poured with rain, it is freedom. You will probably catch flu, but nobody can ever stop you from kicking the ball drenched in chilling raindrops. When you are able to be critical to your government and ask them why they need luxurious facilities, that's freedom. When you are able to put faith upon your God even though you never see Him, that's an incredible freedom. And most of all, when you are able to dream high, hoping that someday you will be able to change the world without being doubtfully rejected and told that your sincere dream, hope and faith are just mere naiveties, that's an unquestionable freedom.

Lead For Control, Acknowledgement or Duty
Kadek Yoga Pramartha (1212021029)

Viewed from their intentions, leaders are visualized as one of these three major figures. The first one is a leader who uses his authority to control others. He will always act as the only one who has rights and never consider the others. He will use his authority to fulfill his will and orders his people to do whatever he wants. He also considers others as slaves that he can command rudely. This kind of leadership is most likely ended with coup d’etat, like Libya’s leader Moammar Khadafi and Egypt’s Housni Moubaraq. The second one is a leader who seeks popularity. This leader will try to act as good as he can to attract the mass and put their trusts on him. He will use his authority to promote himself by campaigning his good sides and hiding the problems he has. This will raise people’s trust. The reason why he does these is because he considers the people as enemies who may take over his leadership so he has to keep their trust. The last kind of leaders who is hard to find these days is a leader who dedicates his life to take responsibility for his people. He will act as firm as he can to keep people’s rights justified. The authority he has he will use to improve the prosperity of his people instead of using it for his advantages. This kind of leadership will show us a horizontal relationship between the leader and his people instead of the traditional vertical relationship since he considers his men as the part of the organization that can help it improved. It can be inferred that his principle is “to take responsibility and gain prosperity”.

A Tribute for A Little Thing that Changes One's Life

I'm sitting here, on a bench in the lobby where my eyes are struck by the view of Saman dance. At first I was wondering, 'what is the essence of this show?' I couldn't figure out why this people called it a dance where I could easily call it simply as 'complex movement'. But then, slowly still in confuse I realize that the complexity of this movement that makes it beautiful, thus making it legally called as an art.

Speaking of art, sometimes I wonder, what if art wasn't exist? For me myself, I could be a living zombie probably. Why? Yeah of course since it is the only thing that can brighten up my days probably. You know, maybe one theory of apocalypse would be the extinction of art that would lead people to anarchy and slowly turn them into a pale looking creature that thirst of blood and... ah whatever, I'm not good at making up theory.

Not to make it deviated any further, because I'm trying to talk about art instead of zombie, so, art has so many forms, and one of them is music. (I'm sure I'm quiet good in deviating stuffs I guess)
So, most of my life, I can say that music has been leading or even saving me for a thought of suicidal. I really don't want to exaggerate things here, but really, if I didn't have any passion in music I should have grabbed a rope and tie it below a branch of manganese tree and, well, you know what it would be.

But sure, thanks to music, I have my life under control. Just so you know, I am a kind of introvert shy guy, I'm not saying that I'm anti social, but, it just feels better to be alone by myself than hanging out with a crowd that I barely speak with. But once again, I'm not anti social. Okay, don't let me deviate the topic, but music has been giving me so much fun and condolences which perhaps no living human being can give me. I might be get depressed and ended up either in a graveyard or a jail if it wasn't for music.

So, my point is, I want to thank music for what it has given me and will give me by creating this list of beautiful songs that have become my favorite playlist for years. So, I wrapped them up in a brand new Homebased Movement digital album called "Undercover: A Music Tribute from A Music Addict" released on October 14th 2013 and you can stream them at

http://www.purevolume.com/YoukypMovement/albums/Undercover%3A+A+Music+Tribute+from+A+Music+Addict

Actually I have a plan in putting these songs on other website since some people have faced some problems in streaming them. So, I hope whoever you are, this album can give you a better point of view in your life.
